Mr. Zarwin maintains his practice in several areas: petroleum marketing, a unique niche, representing gasoline distributors and retailers from South Carolina to New York; is involved in business and real estate transactional matters; and chairs the firm's non-profit practice group. The firm has represented petroleum retail marketers for more then 40 years and has expertise not only in legal matters but also in operational aspects of the business. He has also been particularly involved in the establishment, representation and advising associations including Alliance for Automotive Service Providers of Pennsylvania, South Asian Business Association, and the Service Station and Automotive Repair Association of Pennsylvania/Delaware.

Mr. Policastro is founder of Modern Commercial Capital, L.L.C., Traverse City, MI, equipment finance company which coordinates various federal, state and local incentives relative to renewable energy implementation with focus on renewable energy project financing. Co-founder of the Michigan Green Consortium, a thriving 501(c) 6, not-for-profit entity which recognizes, promotes and supports businesses for their green initiatives and sustainable practices.

Mr. Soens is a co-founder and managing partner of U-Go Stations and Oak Energy Partners L.L.C. Oak Energy Partners specializes in renewable energy projects, demand response and charging station infrastructure build out with Green Power Technology LLC and Coulomb Technologies. Consulted for Princeton Private Capital in solar projects and other renewable power sources.

Mr. McLaughlin is a founding member of Oak Energy Partners LLC , U-Go Stations & U-Go Stations Cayman Ltd. Oak Energy Partners specializes in renewable energy projects, demand response, and the EV charging station infrastructure. His early career as a golf professional led him to a sales position with Club Car and a growing interest in the EV market potential. He has extensive experience in the low speed electric vehicle industry. As a founding member of U-Go Stations he brings a successful sales career, an extensive network, and a keen eye for business development opportunities which have brought great value to U-Go Stations. He has been a consultant on solar energy projects and participates in the Bryn Eyre 10,000 planned residential community incorporating a 1 MW solar farm and hydro-turbines in New Morgantown, Pa.

John O'Sullivan - Vice President, Site Development - josullivan@ugostations.com

Mr. O'Sullivan has been running a successful, family-owned electrical contracting business in Washington Township (Bergen County), New Jersey which is located just 11 miles from New York City. J. O'Sullivan Electrical Contractors, Inc. was established in 1976. Though his firm handles residential, commercial and industrial clients, John has grown and expanded his business to include energy management, electric vehicles, building automation, cell site installations and site upgrades, and solar power. Doing his part in preserving the environment, John has worked hand-in-hand with RTP Controls, (www.rtpcontrols.com), a leader in the Demand Response field. He has also completed cell site work for Sprint/Nextel, T-Mobile, Omnipoint and AT&T.

As a project manager, a multi-faceted state-wide rollout was successfully completed for BMW Mini-E car chargers. He and Green Power Technology LLC (www.GPTechnology.com) handled every facet of the installations. Most recently, in a joint venture with South Jersey Green and (www.southjerseygreenllc.com) with his vast knowledge of EV chargers, he has completed the installations of Coulomb EV chargers in many locations. Mr. O'Sullivan has is currently working with Synergy Energy Solutions (www.synergyes.net) rolling out solar installations in the New Jersey area.

Harris Baum

Deputy Attorney General, Pennsylvania, 1959-1960. American Arbitration Association; Hon. Consul General for the Republic of Korea after appointment by the U. S. State Department and the government of Seoul, Korea, Active in Korean Community affairs in Pennsylvania; developing programs using political and business connections directed to furthering cooperation between Korean and Pennsylvania business in order to mutually expand their markets; acting as a liaison with the New York Consul General and the Pennsylvania Korean Community; have spoken at numerous business and educational functions regarding stimulating Koreans in the political and business process. Mr. Baum�s vast experience is invaluable in establishing relations with and developing, International markets for U-Go.

Stephen Zarwin

President and has been involved for over 25 years with Southport Plaza Corporation and Auto Pride, Inc., each engaged in the retail petroleum marketing and car wash business. He is a partner in Southport Plaza Associates, Aramingo Associates and H2O Associates, all of which own real estate sites. The Southport site is a strip shopping center consisting, also, of 14 tenants, 2 of which are major companies. Aramingo owns the site on which Auto Pride, Inc. conducts its business. H2O is a site leased to a Burger King franchisee. Mr. Zarwin was involved in the acquisition and construction of these ventures from their inception. His current responsibilities include the financial management of all of them and dealing with employee and customer relations for which he has demonstrated particular skill.
